Due to the impact of cancer, the main character Wei Yihang’s life is in agony. So he imagines this perfect parallel universe utopia where there is no pain and sadness.

The little red flowers were given to us as rewards when we were kids, telling us what a great job we’ve done. As we grow older we tend to forget to express and receive simple kindness. Although life has been in a different situation this past year we all faced it with the best of ourselves. Everyone deserves a little red flower.
