Grant’s Farm
Brand Identity | Herzog & Schindler | 2022-2024
Grant's Farm is a historic farm, and long-standing landmark located in St. Louis, Missouri. Voted by Yelp as one of the top 10 Kids Activities in the nation, Grant’s Farm is home to more than 100 animal species, including the famous Budweiser Clydesdales. Once owned by former U.S. President Ulysses S. Grant, guests of all ages are invited to reconnect with nature, animals, and history while enjoying time with family and friends all year round.
At Herzog & Schindler, we crafted a comprehensive suite of design assets for Grant’s Farm, including a refreshed brand identity, themed social content for seasonal events, and a redesigned official website. Our work drove significant results, including a 344% increase in organic reach, 225% growth in new contacts, and a 195% rise in total contacts, drastically boosting social media engagement.
Visual System
The Grant’s Farm brand style is both traditional and modern. It utilizes fresh, vibrant color, a strong wordmark, appealing typography, and authentic imagery to elicit a sense of comfort and familiarity while also exciting the imagination with possibilities of new experiences.
A collection of bold and friendly icons represent distinct features of the Grant’s Farm experience. These icons can be used either as informational devices or they can be arranged in creative ways that add a sense of playfulness and fun.
The Four Seasons at Grant’s Farm
Grant’s Farm comes alive with the changing seasons, each bringing its own unique charm. Spring welcomes new beginnings, from vibrant blooms to adorable baby animals. Summer is filled with adventure-packed days and lively nights. Autumn invites crisp air, festive gatherings, and the warmth of the season. Winter transforms the farm into a sparkling wonderland of lights and magic. To capture the essence of each season, we created distinct identities for every event.
The Website Experience
To enhance the visitor experience, we created a new website that seamlessly reflects Grant’s Farm’s refreshed brand identity. With intuitive navigation and a visually engaging design, it makes exploring events, planning visits, and finding key information effortless. Every detail is crafted to ensure a smooth, enjoyable journey—before guests even arrive.
